some have friends or maybe passport of Russia. rich ones. 

Are Iranians allowed to open accounts in Russia? If so, open them and make money!)

Hi . I am in iran . I have a question why exchange rate to ruble is 2-5 percent. But in toman or rial (iranian currency) is about 20 percent?

I had to change it to perfectmoney here  https://exchanger.mo...s/show/9318610  for 14 to 15 percent.

and then change to rial maybe with lower exchange rate.

but  if somebody has a bank account in Russia can  buy iranians webmoney and sell in russia .he can easily make 10-15 percent

each day!!!

Hi, I have a question. I am in Iran. the rate is about 15% lower than perfect money. I wanted to know if i keep my wmz balance, is it possible that wmz lose more value,  what do you suggest, to hold or sell? I just dont know what to do?
