"Не гражданам РФ будет предложено перезаключить договор на обслуживание R-кошелька, в котором на R-кошельке будут учитываться не электронные чеки на предъявителя, как сейчас, а неперсонифицированные электронные средства платежа." - Сообщалось ранее, думала после 1 августа всё станет понятнее, но понятнее не стало.
Приходит письмо такого содержания "01.08.19 20:33 310310161668: We hereby notify you that the agreements on servicing R-purses that you entered into earlier are no longer considered valid due to the changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Regulator of the accounting instrument requirements and, therefore, we suggest that you may either pay electronic bearer cheques through the bank-payer ( https://check.srp.ru ), or agree with the use of the R-purse under the terms of the ITV Agreement ( https://www.webmoney...rants/wmr.shtml ).
The Agreement will be considered accepted by you if there is no action taken on presenting your cheque (R-purse) for payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of this notice.
R-purses for which the obligations were carried out (zero balance) will be transferred to the System archive; transaction report is available via the service https://report.web.money.

Объясните пожалуйста более простым языком, что должен сделать не резидент РФ, чтобы дальше пользоваться рублями и получать средства в рублях от других людей на вебмани? А так же смогу ли я свои средства с рублёвого кошелька, передать на кошелёк wmp другому человеку и будет ли это актуально после 1 октября?
