очередные несколько часов, проведенные в ожидании открытия light.... почему именно лайт не окрывается? как оплатить счета и заявки???

Да в чем же дело-то? Главная страница открывается, нажимаю на "Вход", следущая страница выдает "Oops, we can't onen". Когда система будет работать полноценно, а не как попало?

последнюю неделю тыкаюсь и не могу войти. Те же грабли похоже. ПРобовал и мазилой и ИЕ, все одно.
