I am new to webmoney but I had an account since 3-4 years, had the need to use until now.

 

One of the russian marketing companies I am working with have sent me $360 but I am unable to receive them in my wallet. It says

 

I has attempted to transfer 360.00 WMZ on 

Zxxxxxxxxxxx

, but limitations of your WMID prevented from transferring funds.

I uploaded my passport and got verified, my ph no is also verified but still I can't receive the funds.

Can anyone help me?

 

I am unable to understand what exactly do I need to receive those funds.
