Hi all,
Last year I changed my mobile number successfully and I was working with my Wallet and ENUM very good and everything was fine. New mobile number and my Email are visible in my WebMoney profile and it is registered successfully.
Now, after one year I got a new handphone and I want to install ENUM on my new handphone. So, I need to receive Enum Activation Code by SMS and activate ENUM. BUT, I cannot receive SMS from WebMoney. I called the technical support and asked them about the problem.
UNBELIEVABLE, they replied me because the mobile number in WebMoney portal is not updated and it is still the old mobile number and I cannot receive SMS.
SO WHAT?????
Who is responsible for this issue? Me or WebMoney?
Kindly please if anyone has same experience or have a solution to this problem pls help.
