That's because of the russian central bank (financial regulator) who forced webmoney to dramatically and urgently change WMR currency. Yes, the problem should be solved shortly

I think you are completely right, because there is no problem for payments with WMZ currency! The problem occurs when we try to pay in WMR currency.

I am trying to buy a game from steam store using webmoney but an error occurs everytime and says the merchants purse number does not found!!
Please sole the issue I think something is wrong with webmoney payment method on steam

у меня аналогичная ситуация.При оплате выдаёт <merchant purse (R406531156062) not found>
хотя в течение пяти лет всё работало как часы.
оплачиваю Elder Scrolls Online непосредственно с аккаута

Пробуйте писать на емейл cs@globalcollect.com (если этот емейл у них еще рабочий) на английском и рассказать им, что у них проблема с WMR-кошельком вебмани R406531156062 и им нужно урегулировать вопрос по WMR-кошельку с поддержкой вебмани. При этом либо будет у них новый кошелек, либо вернут им старый.

интересно что же предпримут близзард, тк у меня вебмани это единственный способ оплаты подписки в моем регионе 

вот что гейммастер ответил на счет этой проблемы:

К сожалению, у нас нет никакой информации о возможных сроках возвращения Webmoney в наш магазин. После перехода платежной системы Webmoney на новый тип кошелька наш платежный провайдер перестал ее поддерживать.

What is sad is that WebMoney support does not do any effort to solve the problem!
They just say ask the merchant (Blizzard, steam, origin etc) to solve the problem. the problem is from their side!!
disappointing!
