This number 673608815038 is your ID in webmoney system. Its your WMID - same as your name. However, in order to receive money you have to provide your purse number, it begins from a latin letter. For example,  Z356142460128 for US Dollars, R368465602117 for Russian rubles and so on. Purse numbers can be found inside of your WM account. You can create a new purse according to the required currency
