А в аттестате ВМ у вас указана Бельгия в почтовом адресе: http://passport.webm...id=336928950889
Другие способы оплаты работают?
На Aliexpress вы через ip Сербии заходите?

I change it to Serbia, becouse im from Serbia. I have payments to Aliexpress 3,4 years ago with WM without problems.

 

But now i get same messege every time. Yes other payments works without problems but i have money on my wm wallet so i wona to use that.
